TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following applies to all vinyl products and services provided by Magnetics and More, LLC and its affiliates.

Each order is entitled to a FREE PROOF! The purpose of a proof is to be sure you have not made any mistakes in your submission, and to decide if you would like to make any copy, color, quantity, size or clipart changes, not to decide whether or not you want to place an order (your order is officially submitted once you submit your order). We set your copy exactly as you type it in our form.

We reserve the right to change the size or media of your sign based on the volume of copy you submit, i.e. if you submit a large amount of copy for a 12 x 12 size sign and it cannot be reasonably fit into this size sign, we may enlarge to a 12 x 18 or print the sign in 4-color process which ever we see as being the better alternative. Signs printed in 4-color process as an alternative will be charged an additional $40.00 ink charge. All changes will be listed in your proof form, where you will have the opportunity to review any such change. While you may make an unlimited number of changes to your order, due to the custom nature of each order, all orders are non-cancelable.

No credit card shall be charged until the customer approves their proof, except for international orders and Paypal orders. Such orders will require pre-payment in order to receive a proof. This is for both your protection and ours. We verify the identity of every customer prior to shipment, through IP & address verification. Please note, all orders are pre-authorized for the amount to be charged before any proof is designed to verify availability of funds and validity of the card submitted.

Once a proof is designed and sent, a customer will be permitted 14 days to make changes or approve their proof. If a customer determines that they do not wish to proceed with their order (for whatever reason), a $30 Art/Cancellation Charge will be assessed. In addition, if no response is received by the 15th day after an order reminder is sent, The order will be cancelled and charged the $30.00 Art/Cancellation Charge.

We will not be held responsible for incorrect installation, lost or damage caused to; vehicles, self, or products, due to improper installation or handling of the vinyl material, magnetic signs and printed graphics. We do not accept responsibility for a customer's own files. Our artwork requires strict guidelines for proper output. Any slight miscalculation in a customer's files may cause the file to be output incorrectly. We do not review your artwork and output most art sent as-is. We will also not be responsible for distortion, pixilated, stretching or any other situation that may arise from conforming a graphic to size. Any claims regarding defective materials must be submitted within 10 days from receipt. You must contact customer service at custsrv@magneticsandmore.com to submit your complaint. Defective claims should be reported within 10 days of receipt of order, and should not be returned without an RMA#. Any signs returned without an RMA# will be refused.
